HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

 Can you believe that it's FINALLY 2021?!?!?!?!?!  YYYYEEEESSSS!!!!  I am praying and hoping that each of you had a wonderful Christmas with family/friends. 


There are so many different feelings ... excitement, wonder, determination, mentally ready to get going on my goals for this year! 


What are you most looking forward to for this year?




These are just some of the habits that I plan to implement - and believing in myself that I can accomplish my goals this year - to lose 80+ lbs this year and gain lean muscle. I am also implementing reading at least 10 pages of a personal development book of some sort - working out daily - drinking my gallon of water daily - and eating on my meal plan with NO treat meals.
