How are we doing?

Hello Community! How are we holding up out there during this quarantine?

Are you able to keep up on you nutrition? How about our home workouts? Or are we able to get out and get walks/runs in? 

I know these past 2 weeks have been really hard for me - I have felt like I have lost my MOJO BIG TIME! I was doing great for about 3 weeks - I was living at my parents house, taking care of my Dad who has Alzheimer's, homeschooling my 10 yr old son, and my Mama was in the hospital (NOT Covid related)...LOTS on my plate, but still did my workouts and my nutrition was ON POINT!

When I get home - it felt like everything STOPPED. I was exhausted. Mentally drained. Body not wanting to move. The thought of exercising was overwhelming. So the first week, I rested. Well, 1 week led into 2 and then I started feeling frustrated, angry, depressed.

I started my workout plan this past Tues night and IT FELT GREAT!!! So, we are getting back on track to working out 4-5x a week and nutrition is for the most part good. It's NOT on point, but we're getting back to that meal by meal.

What are YOU struggling with during this time for all of us?  What can I do to help you? How can I encourage you to stay on the journey? Don't give up!
